Each piece of jewelry comes with a warranty certificate that covers any manufacturing defects.
Alterations to the product due to its use are not covered by the warranty.
For rings that cannot be shaped, we always recommend consulting the size guide found under the selected product. We also remind you that to be absolutely certain about your size, it's best to consult your trusted jeweler.
Madam jewels are currently shipped to Italy and Europe.
You can return a purchased product and obtain a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product by contacting our customer service at info@jewelsbymadam.com
